2.) Meditation at Headspace (on-the-go) This app contains bite-sized techniques to help you sleep better, focus more and get some relief from a busy mind.
3.) The Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Oprah & Deepak started a free 21-day meditation experience. This started November 11th, however it's not too late to register and participate today.
I’m not finished learning from and trying to make sense of my experience, and I know there are more lessons to be learned. But for now, I’m happy to be healing, spending time with my family, feeling good, and enjoying the little things in life.
