I am hooked! I started my first class yesterday and absolutely loved it. The class is challenging and you leave drenched with sweat. With the dreary rainy/snowy days lately this 105 degree room feels amazing not only for your flexibility but my skin feels so healthy. I have also noticed how energized I am after the class and today too. I try to do yoga classes 3-4 times a week to get the most benefit and usually only during the fall/winter months.
Today I did the Power Vinyasa. Inspired by Baron Baptiste, this class is a challenging flowing yoga practice that produces extraordinary results as you detoxify, heal and strengthen in body, mind and spirit. The room is heated to around 95 degrees. This class is 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length. Today was the 60 minute class.
